Cancellation Policy:

Summer and Holiday bookings require 90 days notice. 50% of deposit is refundable ONLY if the reservation is rebooked. A $50.00 processing fee will be charged.
Off-season short term stays require 7 days notice.
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged.

Other Policies:

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building. Smoking outside is limited to areas 25 feet from entries, windows and ventilation systems as stated in County law.
Quiet Hour is 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. We are in a residential area. Quiet Hour is enforced inside and outside the Lodge. This applies to all guests, year-round. Failure to abide may result in fines.
Pets are not allowed on premise inside or out. Local kennels are available to house pets.
Check in time is 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. If you need to check in later, you must arrange this in advance. Thank you.
Check out time is 10:30 a.m prompt. Sorry we must adhere to this in order to be ready for the next guest(s).

WHAT IS PROVIDED AND WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Not a traditional hotel facility, our lodge environment means that we will furnish linens, soap, toilet paper, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and towels are restocked daily as needed.

Our facility is "green" so recycling, composting, and energy conservation is encouraged.

Guests need to maintain lodge rooms in a clean and respectful manner.

Cleaning services may be arranged in advance for an hourly charge.

You will need to bring your own toiletries, robes, slippers, personal effects, and phone. There are no phones in the peaceful lodge rooms.
Suites are equipped with a phone for local calls. Long-distance calls require a calling card.

Includes a master bedroom with 1 Queen-size bed, adjoining area with 2 twin-size beds, private full bath with a whirlpool tub & tiled shower, spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, balcony with gas grill, furnished kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishware and utensils.

Includes 2 bedrooms, each with 1 Queen-size bed, living room with cozy electric range, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and sink, full bath, deck and hot tub.

Quiet Season Special :
September through May¹

$125.00 Sunday through Thursday night and
$155.00 Fridays and Saturdays.

This is for double occupancy only. Additional persons up to four maximum can stay overnight for $20.00 per adult per day or $15.00 per child
(12 and under) per day.

Breakfast available on request at time of booking $6.50 per person
