The Master Suite is a nearly 1000 sq.ft. accomodation on the second level with a balcony overlooking the woods. A spacious living area with wood burning stone fireplace, cable tv, and a/c opens to a modern furnished kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen supplies needed for cooking. Sleeping headquarters include 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 with two twin size beds that share one full bath. The bath provides a large furnished jet tub separate tile shower, hair dryer, and all linens. Rates are based on 4 person occupancy.
IN SEASON RATES:
RATES: In-season June through August Per Suite
WEEKLY: $1,150 plus 6% tax Sunday to Sunday rental
DAILY RATE: $175 weekdays $200 weekends/holidays
Cancellation Requirement: 60 days notice.
OFF SEASON RATES:
RATES: Off-season September through May Per Suite
DAILY RATE: $125 weekdays $155 weekends/holidays
Cancellation Requirement: 7 days notice.
